KIA SUV & CROSSOVERS
The Telluride
We wanted to kick off our list with the 2020 World Car of the year. The all new Kia Telluride. This SUV beats all other models on the market in categories like performance, occupant environment, and safety. It has by far been our top selling Kia.
This SUV is great for families, or adventurous people that need extra room and durability but don’t want to sacrifice luxury. Having the most interior passenger room in its segment means that you can comfortably fit eight people with plenty of space left in the trunk. The extra room is especially great if you have to fit car seats in the second row.
On top of the extra room, the Telluride interior is incredibly luxurious, and the drivetrain is durable enough to handle the backcountry and deliver you and your family safely when crossing snowy passes.
The Kia Sorento
Kia is ditching the family minivan look for the reimagined Sorento mid-size crossover. With the standard third-row seating, this is the perfect vehicle for adventure seeking families in the Four Corners region. For a comfortable, spacious interior and 3,500 pound towing capability, the Serento is one of the most affordable midsize crossover options on the market.
If we are talking about how family friendly the Kia Sorento is, we need to tell you about the interior. Beyond the spacious 7 passenger seating, the Sorento comes standard with stain-resistant cloth upholstery. Could it get any better? Well, yes. This unbelievable mid-size SUV was given an overall rating of 5 out of 5 stars by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. With the Kia Sorento, it’s easy to load up the family and all your gear and hit the road in style.
The Kia Seltos
The Seltos is joining the Kia family, and we are excited to bring you the latest insights on what to expect when you purchase this all-new subcompact SUV. The Kia Seltos has a roomy second-row seating, comfortable enough for adults. Along with seating, the Seltos offers the largest cargo hold in the subcompact SUV class.
If your idea of roughing it in the outdoors involves brunch on a patio, the Soltos is the vehicle for you. The exterior of the Seltos has been compared to the Jeep Renegade or Subaru Crosstrack without the off-roading capabilities. It’s better built for the obstacles of the urban-jungle. With Kia’s expressive tiger nose grille design, high quality interior, ample cargo space, comfortable seating, and performance makes this the perfect vehicle for your daily commute.
The Niro
For a climate conscious vehicle with SUV styling, it’s hard to beat the Kia Niro, available in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and full electric models. With an average 50 mpg, the Niro has the capability to take over the Toyota Prius market. The only drawback we could find with the Kia Niro is the absence of all-wheel drive.
When it comes to driving, the Kia Niro has a swift and accurate steering response, making you confident and comfortable on all your adventures. As far as interior, this 5 passenger electric SUV offers spacious room in the rear-seating. Overall, the Kia Niro is perfect for anyone in the market for a small, fuel efficient SUV.
The Sportage
If you are in the market for a sporty, smooth ride, the Kia Sportage is the vehicle for you. With an average 25 mpg and an overall five out of five star rating from the National Highway Traffic Administration, it’s no wonder why the Sportage won the 2020 Best New Car for Teens award.
You don’t need to be a teenager to enjoy this compact SUV though. The 5 passenger Kia Sportage offers easy-to-use technology, upscale interior, and more than ample head and legroom in both the front and rear-seats. Comparable to the Toyota RAV4, the Kia Sportage is built to tackle twists and turns confidently.
Kia Soul
The Kia Soul is great if you’re looking for a vehicle that feels like driving a car yet has ample room for passengers and cargo. This subcompact SUV is best in class and even won the 2020 World Urban Car of the year. It sports all of the great features of a modern car (like a 10.25” touchscreen display compatible with Apple Carplay and Standard Android Auto) without the crazy price tag. The base model is just over $17,000, so it is perfect for someone not looking to break the bank.
The Soul also comes with other features that make it unique in the market, such as fully controllable mood lighting that can sync to your music and a 10-way power-adjustable drivers seat. Speaking of cool features, you can even control this car with the Kia app on your smartphone. Functionality of the Kia app includes remote start, climate control, roadside assistance, 911 connect, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant.
KIA CARS
The Stinger
If you like blasting through backcountry Colorado highways and looking good in the process then the Kia Stinger is your car! This is by far the sportiest car in Kia’s lineup and intended for high performance use (0-60 in under 5 seconds). Its nimble handling means it can handle the sharp corners on all of your favorite mountain roads. From first glance you’ll probably mistake this car for a Porche Taycan or Maserati Ghibli.
However, don’t let the “racy” aspect of this car fool you. This car is still perfectly equipped for mountain life. The Stinger is available in all-wheel-drive and sports all of the same safety features that its brothers and sister have. Some of these features include blind spot collision warning, lane keeping assistant, and low beam assist.

The Kia K5
Kia has redesigned their Optima, and we are blown away by the upscale design and experience. Let me introduce you to the all new 2021 Kia K5. The new K5 is an affordable family sedan where sportiness meets luxury.
Compared to the past Kia Optima, the new K5 has a more powerful, standard, turbocharged engine and averages at 33 mpg. This vehicle has more than enough power for your everyday use. With its sophisticated interior, drivers have loved the K5’s smooth, quiet drive. As a family sedan, the legroom is more than spacious in front and rear seats to comfortably fit 5 people.
The Kia Forte
The Kia Forte was last redesigned in 2019. It was so popular that not much has changed for the 2020 model. The Forte is one of the most compelling small sedan models. For being so tech-heavy, it has one of the most affordable prices, starting around $17,000. Averaging at 36 mpg, 40mpg on highway and 33 mpg in the city, you won’t be needing many pit stops during your next road trip adventure.
We are definitely impressed by the minimalist interior design with high quality materials. Compared to the Kia Forte’s competitors, the Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra, it offers more space in the rear, an abundance of driver safety features, and an unbelievable powertrain warranty. The Kia Forte is your best choice if you are looking for a small sedan with great gas mileage and a tech-forward interior.
